Understanding Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Circe website and the purchase of products through our platform. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Circe is operated by Michaela Kratinova, registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 83591184 and VAT number NL003845219B83.
Circe operates on a limited pre-order drop model. Each collection is available for purchase during a specified pre-order period. Once the closing date has passed, no further orders for that collection will be accepted. Production begins after the pre-order window closes. Due to the handmade nature of our products and the use of natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are inherent to the product and are not considered defects.
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payments via credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and iDEAL. Payment is charged at the time of checkout, and orders are processed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
Products must conform to reasonable standards of quality and usability. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use is not considered a defect. If a product is defective upon delivery, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time.
All content on this website, including designs, images, branding, and text, is the intellectual property of Circe and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Circe shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights under applicable Dutch or European Union law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
